What will I do?
Sandd will bring the mail to your home on Mondays and Thursdays at a set time. On Tuesdays and Fridays you will deliver the mail. You choose the hours, but it has to be between 08.00 and 18.00 o’clock. That’s why being a mail deliverer is the ideal part time job which you can combine with school, sports, housekeeping, the kids, hobbies or any other activities.
The work consists of preparing / sorting the mail of the delivery area, and the delivery itself.

Where will I work?
As a mail deliverer you will get a fixed delivery area. We will look for an area as close as possible to your own neighbourhood. Because of this you work from home and there will virtually be no travel time.
How much will I earn?
You get paid for each activity. This means that earnings vary, but are in good balance with the time you spend on them. The more you deliver, the more you get paid!
The reward is in accordance with the minimum hourly wage (23 +) à € 8.28, based on measured and set standards for the sorting and the delivery of mail, the distance travelled in the delivery area and the total weight of mail items. Sandd will always pay you on time and at a set moment.
And that's not all!
With Sandd you join a loyalty programme for nice items such as tickets for concerts, CDs and DVDs, pan sets and a lot more. For each delivery day you get loyalty points and so you will build a balance that you can redeem at any time. Sandd also organizes an event for our mail deliverers twice a year.

Verblijfsdocument
The freedom to move to another EU country to work without a work permit is a right for EU nationals. If Sandd wants to hire a non EU national there needs to be ´TWV niet vereist´ on your ‘verblijfsdocument’. If there is ‘TWV vereist’ on your ‘verblijfsdocument’ Sandd need to ask the government if it is allowed to hire you for work. This will take at least 6 weeks.
Sofi nummer/BSN nummer
We need a copy of the official document from the government (gemeente) or Belastingdienst which states you are granted a sofinumber or BSN number in the Netherlands.
Bank account
We need a Dutch bank account which carries your own name. If you get invited for an interview, please take along these documents.
